What is Counselling

Counselling offers you a safe space where you can express your thoughts and feelings in a completely confidential setting. Counselling offers you time to explore your relationships with others and with yourself. The counsellor is not there to judge you or others nor offer advice but will try to assist you in understanding more about yourself thus enabling you to make more informed choices.
